• Are currently running A/B testing to improve your conversion rates?
• What are your current conversion rates?
• Do you have a marketing team in place that may have put together some creative ideas that we can use?
• What are your goals and expectations regarding social media?
• Will there be frequent personal interaction with your audience, or are you looking for a way to get on social media because you have to and really don’t have the time or interest in actually being involved?
• What can you do yourself? Can you handle writing your posts and tweets in-house, or will you need to outsource some of the work?
• What is the length of the project?
